Delphi advises Cedergrenska in the acquisition of Skärgårdsgymnasiet in Åkersberga, Carl Wahren Gymnasium, new properties and AA Skolmat AB

Delphi has advised Cedergrenska AB (publ) on the acquisition of all shares in Au Claves AB and its wholly owned subsidiaries ALU Claves AB and Toolify AB, which operate Skärgårdsgymnasiet in Åkersberga. The school has just over 500 pupils and offers vocational training programs. The acquisition is a step towards further broadening the range of vocational training programs within the group and strengthens Cedergrenska’s position in the municipality of Österåker.

Delphi has also advised Cedergrenska on the acquisition of all shares in C W Education AB, which operates Carl Wahren Gymnasium in Hallstavik. Carl Wahren Gymnasium provides upper secondary education, adult education and Swedish for immigrants (SFI) in the municipality of Norrtälje.

Delphi has advised Cedergrenska on the acquisition of the school property Hamnen 4 in Stocksund and the property Hallsta 4:186 in Hallstavik. The acquisition forms part of Cedergrenska’s investment in property ownership as part of the services offered for the group’s operations.

Delphi has also advised Cedergrenska Mat AB on the acquisition of all shares in AA Skolmat AB. The acquisition strengthens Cedergrenska’s ambition to offer nutritious, well-prepared food free from processed products to children and students within the group.

Cedergrenska is an education group listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market which manages and develops a wide range of unique, high-quality educational programs for children and pupils from pre-school through to post-secondary levels.
