Delphi advises MegaGen in connection with the acquisition of Implant Solutions

Delphi has acted as local counsel to MegaGen Implant Co., Ltd. (“MegaGen”), in connection with the acquisition of Implant Solutions West AB.

MegaGen is a world-leading Korean manufacturer of dental medical devices with products available in over 100 countries via more than 80 distributors and 40 affiliates.

Delphi’s team consisted mainly of Dahae Roland, Daniel Malm, Julia Hugoson, Karl Hammarlund and Ida Nordmark.
