Delphi advisor to On Via Trafikutbildningar in connection with the acquisition of the My Driving Academy group

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised On Via Trafikutbildningar AB in connection with the acquisition of all shares in My Driving Academy Sweden AB.

The My Driving Academy group is Sweden’s largest driving school, with approximately 250 instructors across 40 schools throughout the country. The group consists of My Driving Academy Sweden AB, My Driving Academy Trafikskolor Sweden AB, Mårtenssons Trafikskola AB, Mårtenssons Utbildningar AB and Halkspecialisten i Sverige AB.

On Via offers quality driving education to private individuals, companies and public sector entities. The acquisition of the My Driving Academy group creates a business with good geographic coverage across the country and makes On Via the clearly leading player within driving education in Sweden.
