Delphi advises Attendo in the acquisition of the Skåningegård Group

Delphi law firm has advised Attendo in the acquisition of the Skåningegård Group, comprising nine care facilities in Östergötland, Kalmar, Kronoberg and on Gotland.

With this acquisition, Attendo is strengthening its position in care for people with disabilities (LSS), individual and family care (IOF) and residential care for the elderly in southern Sweden.

Delphi’s team consisted mainly of Måns Persson, Sabine de Ruiter, Hanna Ebenhardt and Lina Eklund.
