Delphi advisor to Ardena Sweden AB in connection with the divestment of Ardena Södertälje AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has acted as advisor to Ardena Sweden AB in connection with the divestment of all shares in Ardena Södertälje AB to Nanologica AB (publ).

Ardena Södertälje AB is a contract manufacturer focusing on pharmaceutical substances with expertise and capacity in chemical engineering manufacturing. The company has approximately 45 employees and is located in Södertälje. Nanologica is a Swedish life science tools company that develops, manufactures and sells advanced input goods to the pharmaceutical industry.
