Delphi advisor to Evity Invest in the acquisition of Norsk Bildelsenter AS

Delphi has assisted Evity Invest in connection with the acquisition of Norsk Bildelsenter AS (Bildeler.no), a leading supplier of automotive parts to the Norwegian aftermarket with a strong presence in both B2B and B2C segments.

Evity is a long-term owner of high-quality small- and medium-sized companies, investing in companies across Northern Europe. The acquisition of Norsk Bildelsenter is one of Evity’s first acquisitions and marks the company’s continued expansion.

Founded in 1990 in Lier, just outside Oslo, Norsk Bildelsenter has established itself as a trusted partner for both workshops and private customers through its diverse range of products and tailored solutions.
