Delphi has assisted Vättersnäs Förvaltnings AB in sale of property

Advokatfirman Delphi has assisted Vättersnäs Förvaltnings AB in the sale of a property in Gothenburg, Högsbo to ABG Fastena. The property has a lettable area of approximately 3,300 square metres and the sale takes place through a company transfer. Vättersnäs Förvaltnings AB is a privately owned property company that invests in commercial properties in western Sweden.

Delphi, through Anders Hulegårdh and Oscar Friedrich, has acted as legal advisor to Vättersnäs.
