Delphi certified by Great Place To Work for the sixth consecutive year

Delphi is proud to once again have been recognised as a truly great workplace according to Great Place To Work’s international standard. The prestigious certification is based on an annual survey measuring employees’ own experiences. The result confirms the firm’s long-term commitment to being an inclusive and engaging workplace.

The certification is based on Great Place To Work’s employee survey Trust Index™, in which Delphi’s employees have anonymously responded to questions relating to credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. For the sixth consecutive year, Delphi has achieved strong results across all categories. This year’s employee survey shows that 89 % of Delphi’s employees consider the firm to be a very good workplace overall.

The survey also shows strong results on several key points, including:

• 98% – When you start here, you are made to feel very welcome
• 96% – Our clients would rate us very highly
• 95% – Employees are given a great deal of responsibility
• 94% – I am proud to tell others where I work
