Delphi advises on Waystream Group’s acquisition of Tellus Fiber

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Waystream Group in connection with the company’s acquisition of all shares in Tellus Fiber.

Through the transaction, Waystream strengthens its market position and expands its offering within fibre optic equipment, while also opening up opportunities to address new customer segments.

Tellus Fiber was founded in 2023 and operates in the sale of fibre optic equipment, serving customers in both the private and public sectors.

Delphi’s team consisted of Micael Karlsson, Ludvig Borg and Elfie Ekegren Franzetti.
