Delphi advises on Vinga Nordic’s acquisition of Tocon Markprojektering

Advokatfirman Delphi has acted as legal advisor in connection with Vinga Nordic AB’s acquisition of Tocon Markprojektering AB.

Through the acquisition, Vinga Nordic strengthens its position within land surveying and related service areas, while also expanding its presence in southern Sweden.
