Delphi advisor to CentroMotion in connection with the divestiture of CrossControl
Advokatfirman Delphi has advised CentroMotion, in connection with the divestiture of CrossControl to Scanreco.
CrossControl develops and manufactures advanced display and vehicle computers for industrial vehicles, serving OEMs in construction, agriculture and forestry, material handling and other industrial markets. With an open and flexible software platform, CrossControl supports its customers in realising intuitive operator interfaces, vision systems, automation and process control that make machines smarter, safer and more productive. The company was founded in Sweden and is headquartered in Alfta, with currently 170 employees globally.
Scanreco is a global technology partner delivering smart solutions and intuitive interfaces for remote control and cab control of mobile machinery and industrial vehicles. The company operates in sectors including construction, material handling, agriculture, mining and the maritime industry, with an integrated portfolio of remote controls, display computers, machine control and edge computing. Scanreco is headquartered in Sweden, has approximately 600 employees and revenues of approximately SEK 1.4 billion, with customers in over 100 countries.
In connection with Scanreco’s acquisition of CrossControl, Priveq has invested and becomes a minority shareholder in Scanreco.
