Delphi advisor to Alligo in connection with the acquisitions of Svets & Robotteknik i Småland AB and Svetsexperten i Kalmar AB

Delphi has advised Swedol AB, part of the Alligo group (“Alligo”), in connection with its acquisitions of all shares in Svets & Robotteknik i Småland AB, and Svetsexperten i Kalmar AB (together the “Companies”). The Companies operate as retailers and offer a wide range of products within both traditional welding services and robotic welding solutions. The Companies have a total of 15 employees in Växjö, Vetlanda and Kalmar, and a combined annual turnover of approximately SEK 56 million. The acquisitions further strengthen Alligo’s position in tools and welding.

Alligo is a leading player in workwear, personal protective equipment, tools, and consumables in the Nordic region. The group has an annual revenue of approximately SEK 9.5 billion and nearly 2,500 employees.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of Rickard Isacson, Fredrik Lindén, Robin Rafiee and Ida Nordmark.
