Delphi advises Pivot Fund I in connection with its acquisition of COS Systems AB.

COS Systems is a leading provider of software to plan, deploy and operate modern broadband networks.

Pivot is a Swedish private equity firm, investing in- and developing qualitative, high-potential companies, with a focus on development and growth initiatives.

The Delphi team primarily consisted of Michael Juhlin, Christoffer Malmström, Erik Ålander and Elin Broman.
