Several of Delphi’s lawyers ranked in IFLR1000 2025

Yesterday, International Financial Law Review (IFLR) published its annual rankings, and several of Delphi’s lawyers are included on the list.

IFLR1000 is an international guide to the world’s leading law firms and lawyers in financial and transactional law. The rankings are based on independent research, which considers transactional evidence, client and peer feedback, as well as market insight. Being listed in IFLR1000 is a recognition of both legal expertise and market impact.

As in previous years, Delphi is highly ranked in several practice areas. The firm is ranked in Banking & Finance and M&A, and also receives strong placements in Capital Markets: Equity and Restructuring & Insolvency.

In addition, eight of Delphi’s lawyers are individually ranked across one or more categories; David Aversten is ranked as Highly Regarded in Private Equity and M&A, Mats Dahlberg as Highly Regarded in Capital Markets: Equity and M&A, Anders Jemail and Michael Juhlin are recognized as Notable Practitioners in M&A, Albert Danielsson as Rising Star Partner in Banking and Finance, Jenny Lindén och Emil Apelman as Rising Stars in Capital Markets and Anna Bjurell as Rising Star in Private Equity.

– The IFLR1000 ranking is an important recognition that inspires us to continue developing our offering within transactional law, says David Aversten, Partner in Delphi’s Transactions Group. It confirms Delphi’s ability to provide high-quality advice in complex financial transactions, and we look forward to continuing to support our clients in their most challenging matters.
