Delphi advisor to Attendo in the acquisition of Främja AB

Delphi has advised Attendo in the acquisition of Främja AB, which will become part of the Unika brand – Attendo’s LSS operations. The acquisition broadens Unika’s expertise and commitment to offering and developing high-quality functional care.

Unika brings together around 200 functional support operations throughout Sweden, and offers most LSS services, such as group homes, day care centres, children’s homes, short-term accommodation and companion services throughout Sweden. Unika’s mission is to create a safe and stimulating environment for a meaningful and independent life.
