Delphi advisor to BE Group in connection with rights issue

Delphi has advised BE Group (publ) in connection with the company’s rights issue of 6,491,602 shares. Through the rights issue, BE Group will raise approximately SEK 143 million before issue costs.

BE Group AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is a leading independent steel distributor that stocks and processes steel, stainless steel and aluminum for customers primarily in the construction and manufacturing industries. In 2024, the group had a turnover of SEK 4.7 billion. The head office is located in Malmö.
