Delphi advisor to M.O.B.A. Network in connection with divestment of Magic Find, Inc. to Multiverse ApS

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised M.O.B.A. Network AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of its business Union for Gamers through the sale of the subsidiary Magic Find, Inc. to Multiverse ApS for a purchase price of approximately SEK 95 million as well as an earn-out based on future performance.

As part of the transaction, an asset transfer has been made whereby M.O.B.A. Network retains ownership of the web-based assets previously owned by Magic Find.

M.O.B.A. Network owns and operates a diversified portfolio of gaming community platforms and in-game apps, with a vision to become the go-to destination for gamers and creators worldwide. M.O.B.A. Network is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Delphi’s team consisted primarily of Michael Juhlin and Jenny Lindén.
