Delphi advisor to the seller of Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB in connection with the sale of all shares to Green Landscaping Group AB (publ)

Delphi has assisted the seller of Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB in connection with the sale of all shares to Green Landscaping Group AB (publ). On 21 December 2021, the Swedish Competition Authority’s approval was obtained, and closing occurred on 17 January 2022.

Markbygg Anläggning Väst AB was founded in 2000 and has about 60 employees. The company is active in land contracting with specialization in water and sewage. The customers are found mainly in the public sector, such as municipalities, state and municipal companies.

Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) is active within planning and management of outdoor environments. The group has approximately 1,350 employees and sales amount to just over SEK 2 billion. The company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Delphi’s team consisted mainly of Måns Persson, Christoffer Mangelus, Erik Nylander, Karin Roberts and Felix Makarowski.

The seller’s financial advisor were Andreas Arnewid and Jonas Hultgren at Företagsförmedlingen.
