Delphi advises on the sale of Optimize Courier (Sweden) AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised the sellers of Optimize Courier (Sweden) AB in connection with the sale of the shares in the company to PHSE International S.r.l. and the sellers’ reinvestment. Optimize Courier (Sweden) AB is a Nordic player specialized in the handling and transportation of temperature-sensitive medical products, with a particular focus on cross-border import and export flows and will contribute to PHSE Group’s presence in the Swedish market.

Delphi’s team primarily consisted of Måns Persson, Emelie Olsson and Sabine de Ruiter.
