Delphi advisor to Evity Invest in the acquisition of Martin Precision Ltd

Delphi has assisted Evity Invest in connection with the acquisition of Martin Precision Ltd, a Scottish company that manufactures and supplies precision components to customers primarily in the aviation industry, but also in e.g., the energy and defence sectors.

Evity Invest is a long-term owner that invests in high-quality small and medium-sized companies in Northern Europe. The acquisition of Martin Precision Ltd is Evity’s fifth acquisition, its first in the United Kingdom, and marks the company’s continued expansion.

Martin Precision Ltd was founded in 1993 by William Martin, who represents the Martin family’s third generation of engineering entrepreneurs in the region. The company has very long-standing customer relationships, with a high level of service and a long history of meeting exceptionally high-quality standards.
