Delphi advises Train Alliance on acquisition of shipyard
Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Train Alliance in the acquisition of a shipyard with land and properties in Landskrona harbour from Niam Real Estate with a total agreed property value of SEK 485 million.
Train Alliance is acquiring Nya Fastighets AB Varvsudden, which owns 13 properties in the part of Landskrona harbour that houses Öresundsvarvet. The acquisition is made at an agreed property value of SEK 485 million.
Train Alliance is a specialised company that owns and develops facilities for rail-related activities. The company owns more than 3 million square meters of land in strategic locations. Train Alliance B shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
