Delphi advisor to Calviks in connection with acquisition of Pro4u

Advokatfirman Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Calviks AB (publ) in connection with the company’s acquisition of the consultant agency Pro4u AB for an initial purchase price of approximately MSEK 45 and potential earn out consideration of a maximum of MSEK 36. Calviks is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Calviks perates, develops, and manages businesses within the field of competence supply. The group’s first company was established in 2015, and today there are approximately 33 companies in the group, employing around 1200 employees. The group’s companies are specialists in the recruitment, interim and consulting segments, with operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
