Delphi advisor to Mimir in the acquisition of Osprey® from Sandvik

Delphi has assisted Mimir Group in connection with entering into agreements to acquire Osprey®, Sandvik’s metal powder business, through a carve-out.

Osprey is a world-leading specialist in gas-atomized metal powders for advanced manufacturing, with exposure to structurally growing end markets including defence, space, medical technology and energy. The business operates through production facilities in Sweden and the UK, as well as a global sales organization with offices in the US, Germany, UK and Sweden.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
