Delphi advisor to Västkustägg in the acquisition of an egg production movement

Delphi has assisted Västkustägg i Halmstad AB which through a group company has acquired an egg production business and the property Halmstad Perstorp 36:1 through companies. With this acquisition, the Västkustägg group expands its business to also include egg production.

Delphi’s team consisted of Stefan Lindh and Fanny Maxeby.
