Delphi expands and brings on new partners

Delphi continues the embarked growth journey and brings on two new partners at the Stockholm office, Caroline Söderberg and Dahae Roland. With expertise within two different business areas they will contribute to accelerating the law firm’s growth.

Caroline, who has been recruited externally, joins the firm from Born Advokater where she predominantly worked with property transactions. At Delphi, Caroline will be an active force in the firm’s real property group at the Stockholm office. She will bring expertise in property law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity and she has represented both sellers and buyers in an array of industries on a regular basis. Caroline also assists clients with corporate law counseling and commercial contract negotiations.

–  I look forward to becoming a Delphi team member and to the opportunity of developing the firm’s real property group. It will be a great pleasure to guide current and new clients through exciting projects.

Dahae has been a part of Delphi’s team of Tech & IP specialists since 2018 and her primary practice involves IT, tech and commercial agreements. Dahae specializes in outsourcing and she has extensive experience in tech-related matters related to investments and mergers & acquisitions. Dahae assists national and international clients with agreements governing the purchase and sales of services and goods, joint ventures and other types of strategic alliances across several industries, including industrial, property, banking and insurance. In addition, she has completed a secondment at the leading South Korean law firm Yulchon.

–  During the past years, tech and digitalization have been the focus of most businesses and Delphi has continued to strengthen its position within these areas. I am thrilled to take the next step in my career at Delphi and I am very much looking forward to leading and developing Delphi both as a law firm and as a workplace together with my skilled colleagues.

Caroline takes office on September 5, 2022 and Dahae will be promoted on January 1, 2023.

– We welcome Caroline to our team; her appointment is an important part of our continuous efforts to develop Delphi’s real property group. We are also thrilled to welcome Dahae as partner. The promotion of Dahae is an acknowledgment of Delphi’s continued drive to excel within IT, tech and commercial agreements, where Dahae has played and continues to play an important role, says Stefan Erhag, Executive Partner at Delphi.
