Delphi advisor on the divestment of NUAB Fallskydd and Cadero to Ahlsell

Delphi has advised the shareholders in the divestment of all shares in NUAB Fallskydd AB and Cadero AB to Ahlsell Sverige AB.

NUAB Fallskydd AB and Cadero AB are established players in fall protection and safety solutions for the construction and industrial sectors, with a focus on safe and sustainable solutions for working at height.

Ahlsell is one of the Nordic region’s leading distributors of installation products, tools and supplies.
