Delphi advisor to Mimir in connection with acquisition of payment service business from PayEx and Swedbank

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Mimir Group (“Mimir”) in connection with its acquisition of a payment services business from PayEx, a subsidiary of Swedbank. The business operates in Sweden and Norway and has been acquired through a carve-out from PayEx’s other operations. Through the acquisition, the business is transferred to Everspring Solutions, with Mimir as the majority shareholder and PayEx as the minority shareholder.
