Delphi advisor to the owners in connection with divestment of Enigma to Hilbert Group

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised the owners in connection with their divestment of Enigma Nordic AB to Hilbert Group AB for a consideration of up to USD 25 million, including USD 17,5 million in potential earn-out.

Enigma develops advanced quantitative trading strategies for digital assets using modern technology, statistical models, and data-driven analysis.

Hilbert Group is an investment company specializing in digital assets, mainly cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. Hilbert Group is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
