Delphi advisor to Addnode Group AB (publ) in connection with acquisition

Addnode Group AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has entered into an agreement to acquire the software company S-GROUP Solutions AB.

S-GROUP Solutions is specialized in business-related GIS-solutions for municipalities, water and sewage organizations and real estate measurements (Sw. Lantmäteri). The acquisition strengthens Addnode Group’s market leading position within technical systems for municipalities and geo-data based solutions for the smart city.

Closing is expected to take place on 1 April 2021.

Delphi’s team primarily consisted of Rickard Isacson (M&A), Dahae Roland (Corporate Commercial) and Christoffer Malmström (M&A).
