Advokatfirman Delphi has advised the seller of Multi-Teknik Mönsterkort Aktiebolag and its subsidiaries in connection with the sale to NCAB.

Multi-Teknik Mönsterkort AB was founded in 1975 and has offices in Gothenburg, Lithuania, and China. The company supplies printed circuit boards to the electronics industry, from prototypes to series production, through a combination of in-house management and a global manufacturing and sourcing network, with a focus on fast delivery and high quality.

NCAB Group is a full-service supplier of printed circuit boards, headquartered in Sweden.
