Delphi advisor to Vend Tillväxtmedier in its divestement of Hypoteket

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Vend Tillväxtmedier in its divestment of its holdings in Hypoteket, to a company owned by the founders Carl Johan Nordquist and Dag Wardaeus.

In connection with the transaction Hypoteket has also sold its cutting-edge mortgage technology platform to Borgo. Hypoteket is a fintech company on the Swedish mortgage market offering mortgages with competitive interest rates that never need to be negotiated. Since its inception, Hypoteket has granted mortgages amounting to approximately SEK 30 billion and today serves around 10,000 customers with a total of SEK 16 billion in outstanding mortgage loans.
