Delphi advises HS Timber Group on its acquisition of Malå Såg AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has acted as Swedish counsel to HS Timber Group in its acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Malå Såg AB from Setra Trävaror AB, a subsidiary of Setra Group AB.

Malå Såg is a well-established sawmill, which specializes in high-quality northern pine products, which are sold globally, primarily to Norway, Sweden, Japan, the United Kingdom and North Africa.

HS Timber Group is one of the world’s leading wood processing companies.

Delphi’s team consisted of Mats Dahlberg, Glenn Nyström, Helene Andersson, Sofie Bååth, Petri Dahlström, Amanda Bos Ekman, Nora Englund, Emmy Falck, Karl Hammarlund, Evelina Mortenlind, Fredrik Nykvist, Rebecka Undén and Agnes Wall.
